- Guests are required to keep the accommodation in functional condition and must immediately inform the host in case of damage to doors, windows, beds, appliances, etc. Guests are fully responsible for any such damages.
- Visitors are not allowed to smoke inside a residence unless they have received explicit permission from the host. This includes smoking tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, etc.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Guests must respect all designated quiet hours (quiet hours are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00) and maintain silence by avoiding disturbances (e.g., loud music, television, conversations, noise from footsteps, door slamming, movement in the kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom, etc.).
- Except for service animals, guests should not bring pets without prior approval from the host. This includes pets of any kind. In areas where “no pets allowed” is indicated, these rules must be strictly followed.
